first off....thats a spam sort of......second this is how ya do it

Go to the power plant and you'll get involved in this whole theif thing when team rocket steals a peice of the generator....then you go to the cerulean gym where you'll see a wierd talking team rocket foriegn dude. Then you go to the bridge where you'll see him again then he'll give you the piece. go back to the power plant and give the manager the piece. he'll give you a TM -sick-. Then u go to the radio tower and talk to a lady on the first floor she'll give you a thing that gives you more stations on your pokegear radio. The one in particular is Poke' Flute. then go to the snorlax play the poke flute and he'll wake up. Battle him Kill him or catch him he's lvl 50 hes a bice addition to an average team.
